WoodHaven Rescue Farm Annual Open House Fundraiser

WVAS will have a tent and booth at WoodHaven's second annual Open House Fundraiser, on Saturday, October 28th. This is a fundraiser, so 50% of total sales that day will go to WoodHaven, and 50% will be paid to the artist. Only WVAS members in good standing may participate. (Join now.)
Althought it's not a requirement, you are welcome to create art based on the farm and its animals, or similar themes. If you are able to attend the tour on September 21st, that will be an excellent opportunity to take photos and get inspired. You also have permission to use any photos of animals or scenery from their website and social media.

- All WVAS members are invited to participate at no charge, and there is no entry fee.
- Artists will receive 50% of sales from their work, with the remaining proceeds going to the WoodHaven fundraiser.
- Artwork intake is one week before the event at Jo's house (address will be provided when you sign up).
- We will provide an inventory sheet for you to complete and bring to the artwork intake.
- You do not have to be present for the day of the event. WVAS will handle collecting payment and artists will receive a check the following week.
- Art can be any subject matter or medium, but remember that space is limited. Each artist may bring up to 5 pieces that will hang on the wall, and up to 20 prints or cards. Wall art should be ready to hang with picture wire attached.

October 21 (Saturday), 10AM- 2PM Artwork Intake at Jo’s house. (Address provided after signup).
October 28 (Saturday) 11AM-4PM WoodHaven Open House Event (WVAS will transport the art to the fair, set up the tent, manage the sales, and bring back unsold work).
October 29 (Sunday) 1-4PM Artists pick up unsold art and checks at Jo’s house.
